What shippers do you use?

We currently offer shipment through UPS using either Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or UPS Ground for shipments within the Continental USA.  We have found the best rates to ship internationally and to Hawaii is the US Postal Service.

What will it cost to ship an umbrella to me?

Umbrellas and Beyond offers extremely competative shipping rates.  Order 10 non custom umbrellas or more and ground shipping is FREE! (only applies for shipments to USA and Canada).  During checkout, the site will generate a shipping cost and allow you to upgrade service to 2nd day or overnight if needed

Can I get a delivery outside the continental USA?

We can ship anywhere in the world using the US Postal Service or UPS.  USPS shipments to Hawaii will cost around $20.00.  Typically it costs no less than $50.00 to ship a single umbrella to Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.  Shipments to Canada will ship using UPS Ground service which typically cost about 20% more than US shipments.

If you are shipping to a location outside the continental USA, a representative will generate a shipping quote for your specific shipment and contact you regarding the additional costs.

How long does it take for my umbrella to get to me?

It typically takes 1 day to package your umbrella and ready it for shipment.  Therefore if you were to order an umbrella on the 9th, for Overnight delivery, you are going to receive your umbrella on the 11th or two business days later.  Our friendly customer service representative can assist you during normal business hours if faster service is required!
UPS ground typically delivers 3-5 business days after shipment (ergo 4-6 business days after your order).

Custom Imprint orders will be shipped to meet your deadline or we won’t take the order.  We have processed custom orders in 1 week, but you should budget 3 to 4 weeks if possible.  We will do everything possible to meet your deadlines.  We have over 15 years experience in coordinating printed products and know how to get artwork processed and orders expedited at the plant.  You tell us the deadline needed and we will let you know up front our best ship date possible.  No job will be printed without a proof.  You need to calculate some time to process and approve a proof prior to sending to press.

I’ve changed my mind! How do I select a different shipping option!

To select a different shipping speed, simply scroll to the bottom of the checkout screen and click on the “previous” button.  Once back in the shopping cart, you can freely switch shipping methods.
